1. Service Policy
All designs and creative work are produced according to the creative style, expertise, and workflow of Art Gallery.
Clients are requested to clearly communicate all project requirements before the project begins.
The final output will be based on the information, content, and references provided by the client.
2. Advance Payment Policy
- A minimum 50% advance payment is mandatory before starting any project.
- Work will begin only after the advance payment is received.
- The remaining payment must be completed before the final delivery of files.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the project after work has started, the advance payment will be non-refundable.
- If the project is partially or fully completed, the client may still be required to pay according to completed work.
- Immediate cancellation before work begins may be accepted without additional charges.
4. Revision Policy
- Every basic design service includes limited free revisions.
- Additional revisions beyond the free limit will be chargeable.
- Major redesign requests will be treated as a new project.
Extra Revision Charges:
- Poster / Social Media Design – Additional charges may apply
- Logo Design – Extra revisions will be charged separately
- Website Projects – ₹200 or more per revision depending on complexity
5. Design Delivery Timeline
Standard Timeline:
- Basic Logo Design – 2–3 Days
- Business Card Design – 1–2 Days
- Posters / Flyers / Social Media Posts – 1–3 Days
- Website Design – Based on project scope and requirements
Delays caused due to incomplete information or late responses from the client will not be considered the responsibility of Art Gallery.
6. Pricing Policy
All pricing is determined according to project requirements and complexity.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra design concepts
- Additional revisions
- Urgent delivery
- Source/editable files
- Custom illustrations
- Advanced website features
- Animation or SEO services
7. Source Files & Editable Files
Editable/source files such as:
- AI
- PSD
- PDF
- SVG
- Figma Files
- Source Code
will be charged separately unless specifically included in the selected package.
8. Urgent Delivery Policy
Priority or urgent delivery services are available with additional charges.
Urgent Charges:
- ₹500 – ₹1000+ depending on delivery deadline
- Current workload
- Project complexity
9. Website Design Terms
Website Services May Include:
- Portfolio Websites
- Landing Pages
- Business Websites
- E-commerce Websites
Important Conditions:
- Domain and hosting charges are separate unless mentioned otherwise.
- SEO, content writing, animations, admin panels, backend systems, and custom features may involve additional charges.
- Website timelines depend on project complexity and client response time.
- Full or partial payment is required before development begins.
- Once development work starts, payments will be non-refundable.
10. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide:
- Correct content
- Images
- Logo details
- Brand information
- Required text/materials
Art Gallery will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late content submission.
11. Copyright & Ownership
- Final ownership rights of the completed design will be transferred only after full payment is received.
- Art Gallery reserves the right to showcase completed projects in portfolio or social media unless agreed otherwise.
12. Refund Policy
- No refund will be provided once work has started.
- Refund requests after concept delivery or project completion will not be accepted.
- Advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
13. Communication Policy
Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication throughout the project.
Any abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate project cancellation without refund.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Art Gallery, the client confirms that they have read, understood,
and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions mentioned above.
